I rubbed oil on my dry skin between hanky blows, drank tea, syrups and bone broth to keep it on a low trajectory. I made this Mid-Winter Bundle using an array of herbs that boost your immune system while supporting your blood and respiratory systems. Each Bundle Contains the 4 items Below:
1 oz - Relaxing Respiratory Tea - A mix of herbs created to relax your mind and lungs. High in flavonoids help increase lung capacity, the mints open our airways while gently relaxing our minds. The moistening herbs Althea, Licorice and Mullein, yep that tall fuzzy leafed plant, are helpful to move our mucous and coat our airways to protect us from the dry air.
Drink 4- 6oz 3x day.
Loose Leaf Brewing instructions -
Put 1/2 oz in a pan with a quart (4cups, 32oz) of water. Simmer with a lid on for 20 mins.
Strain. Sip. Add honey and lemon.
Can simmer another "weaker" batch with same herb. After simmering let herb and water sit overnight before straining. Store extra in refrigerator. Tea will last 3-5 days.
BAG Brewing instructions Drop one bag in a pint jar and pour boiling water over put lid on and let sit anywhere from 2 hours to overnight. I like the overnight brew makes and excellent room temp tea. Sip. Add honey and lemon.
Ingredients - Althea, red clover, mullein leaf, elderberries, hawthorn berries, rose hips, lemon balm, catnip, cinnamon, fennel, orange peel, licorice root, pine needle mix
The catnip, lemon balm, and mullein in this tea I grew myself in the Sierraville, CA.
The Hawthorn berries and Pine were also harvested from the Sierra Valley.
1 pint - Elderberry Syrup - Tasty mix of berries and herbs that help boost your immune system. This syrup also contains bunches of flavonoids, moistening herbs and high vitamin C.
Take 1-3 tsp daily for maintenance. Child 1tsp - Adult 1 tbsp(3tsp).
If taken during sickness take 1-3 tsp 3x day.
After opening, syrup, should be stored in the refrigerator and be consumed in 6 weeks.
Ingredients - water, honey, apple cider vinegar, elderberries, hawthorn berries, rose hips, cinnamon, ginger, fennel, orange peel, althea, licorice root, white pine needle, juniper berries, equisetum.
1oz Stew Brew - This mix would be great in a venison, lamb, beef, or wild turkey stew.
Put the bag in a family size pot (6 cups+) of stew or bone broth. These herbs are great in boosting your immunity and supporting blood, digestive and respiratory systems.

Ingredients - Codonopsis, onion, juniper berries, rosemary, oregano, fennel, bay leaf, thyme, burdock root, equisetum, orange peel, clove, gandoderma, ginger, salt, pepper, tarragon, nettles, turmeric
Healing Oil - 10ml roller consisting of a mix of olive + jojoba oils infused with Rose buds, Plantain, Calendula and St. Johnswort. Can be used anywhere on body, cuts, scraps, bumps, dry skin patches. Shake well and apply 3- 6 times a day until you find relief.
